We stand behind every Coppr product. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange — no questions asked.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@getcoppr.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when processed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@getcoppr.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
