Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $8
• Free Standard Shipping: on orders over $35
• Express Shipping: $15

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada & UK: 10–20 business days
• Australia & Europe: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear in the carrier's system.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@getcoppr.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or send a replacement.
